Refund Policy

Return Policy: If a product has a defect or issue, you have the right to have it repaired or replaced. This process may take up to 1-2 weeks.

In-Store Purchases:

  • Items on sale, needles, accessories, and discounted products cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • You have a 7-day return window for non-discounted items.
  • All items must have their original tags attached and be free from stains or odors for resale. If these conditions are not met, we cannot accept the return.

Online Purchases:

  • If you wish to return an online purchase, please ensure that it is within 14 days of receipt.
  • Sale items, needles, accessories, and discounted products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • The package must include your order number.
  • Items must be in their original condition. If clothing does not have tags attached, we will not accept the return, and the package will be sent back. All our items have two tags: one inside and one outside.
  • You are responsible for purchasing the return label unless otherwise agreed. If items have stains, perfume, or similar issues, the package will be returned directly to you.

Delivery Time:
Our shipping company promises delivery within 2-4 working days throughout Denmark and 4-10 days to Europe. Once we deliver the order(s) to the shipping company, we cannot guarantee timely delivery due to potential delays.
