Shipping Policy

Our shipping company promises delivery within 2-4 working days throughout Denmark and 4-10 days to Europe. Once we have delivered the order(s) to the shipping company, we cannot guarantee that the delivery will be on time due to potential delays.

You have a 14-day right to return your order(s) from the day you received them. If you chose the “Click & Collect” option, the 14-day period starts from the moment you receive the notification that your order(s) is ready for collection.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We cannot accept products that have any odors (e.g., sweat smell). If this is the case, the package will be returned.
  • The product(s) must be in their original condition.
  • The labels must be attached.
  • Your order number and name must be on the package(s).
  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product(s).

Please note that we cannot expedite the process with our shipping partner, and therefore cannot guarantee how quickly your package will arrive after we have dispatched it. They promise a delivery time of 2-4 days.

Refunds and Exchanges

Items we cannot return or exchange include:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Accessories (including hair ties, needles, etc.)

You have a 14-day return window. If more than 14 days have passed, we will not accept the item, and it will be sent back to you.

If you wish to return an item, you will receive your refund in the same way you made the payment. The funds will be credited to your account within 7 business days.

If you return a package and do not receive a refund or a response regarding your return, please contact us at contact@ruwaidarose.dk.

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

To meet the requirements for returning and exchanging items, they must be in the same condition as when you received them. It is important that items have not been used, damaged, washed, or have any odors such as smoke.
