Terms of Service
Return Policy: If a product has a defect or issue, you have the right to have it repaired or replaced. This process may take up to 1-2 weeks.
Return Procedure: If you wish to return an item, please ensure that it is within 14 days of receipt. Our sale items, needles, accessories, and discounted products cannot be exchanged or refunded. The package you send back must include your order number. Items must be in their original condition. If clothing does not have tags attached, we will not accept the return, and the package will be sent back to you. You are responsible for purchasing the return label from a shipping shop.

Returns and Exchanges
We process returns and refunds within 14 days.
To meet the requirements for returning and exchanging items, they must be in the same condition as when you received them. It is important that items have not been used, damaged, washed, or have any odors such as smoke.
Items We Cannot Return or Exchange:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Accessories (including hair ties, needles, etc.)
You have a 14-day return window. If more than 14 days have passed, we will not accept the item, and it will be sent back to you. This also applies to "Click & Collect" orders.

Shipping
Packages are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days via our shipping partner to the nearest pickup point. The shipping cost is 49 DKK.
If you prefer to pick up from our store, you can choose "Click & Collect." You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. The 14-day return window will start from the date you receive this notification.
Please note that we cannot expedite the process with our shipping partner and therefore cannot guarantee how quickly your package will arrive after we have dispatched it. They promise a delivery time of 2-4 days.
