I had a very disappointing experience with this seller. I would not recommend buying from her.

She refused to accept a return and did not provide a return label, even though I contacted her within the allowed return period. She also seems to misunderstand the 14-day return policy, claiming that the return period starts when the package arrives in the destination country, which is incorrect.

Overall, poor customer service and lack of knowledge about basic return rights. I would advise others to be cautious before purchasing.
